I just wanted to drop you a note concerning our one-year walk-thru that was just completed
on our house built in Triple Crown.
The issues of concern were, thankfully, relatively small. With that said,
your Quality Assurance Manager, Jay Caldwell took
each or our concerns seriously and offered excellenct solutions to each and every one. He
was extremely professional, and he resolved all of our issues effectively. He was a pleasure
to deal with.

"My compliments to the builder". That seems to be the most common remark I get.
Everyone says the same thing when they see the house. Steve, I just thought you
might like to hear about some of the compliments all my friends and relatives are
saying. So far, nobody has been able to find anything bad to say. Maybe my son said
it best, he said "who ever your builder was, they paid great attention to detail".
Once again, thanks again for a job well done. And now I will add my own "compliments
to the builder".

A day doesn't go by that we don't forget to "Thank God" for our beautiful house!
We are so grateful to you for all of the patience you had with us.
It wasn't a "bad experience" like we have heard other people say. Everyone was so nice to us. And
"Rob" was so caring and he listened to us and worked with us. So I can say it was a real neat experience
with "S.L. Williams Home".
Good luck in your future. We are sure it will be rewarding.
